Orbis costs $0.03 per verified email actually sent. There are no seat licences, platform fees or annual contracts.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new Orbis account starts with $30 of credit, which covers roughly 1,000 verified sends.

Do I pay for leads that are never contacted?

No. Orbis only charges when an email is confirmed sent. Discovery, research, enrichment and verification are not billed separately, and holds placed before a send are released if the send never happens.

Is there a monthly plan?

Yes. Orbis Monthly is an upfront package at $490 per month for $900 of sending credit, about 30,000 emails at 3 cents each, first emails and follow-ups alike, roughly 45% off buying the same credit as top-ups. Loyalty pricing drops the rate each consecutive month you stay subscribed; cancelling resets your streak back to Month 1 pricing.

Budget control

You set a daily budget in the dashboard, and it sets how many new prospects Orbis contacts each day. Follow-ups to people already contacted are billed per send at $0.03 and can take a day's spend above the budget; from October 28, 2026, every follow-up is billed on top of the budget. Orbis keeps about one day of budget in your wallet and tops up automatically from your card, so campaigns never stall mid-sequence. You can turn auto top-up off at any time in Settings, which stops automatic top-up charges (Terms 5.3). Monthly package renewals are cancelled separately.
