Warm email infrastructure, baked in

>
Every autonomous outreach system needs warmed mailboxes, rotated sending, and continuous deliverability monitoring to land in the primary inbox. Orbis makes that native instead of asking you to buy domains, configure DNS, and bolt a warmup pool onto mailboxes you own.

How a send is paced

01
Age the sender
A mailbox only carries campaign traffic once its warmup history supports the volume being asked of it.
02
Verify first
Addresses are verified before a send is attempted, so bounce rate stays low by construction rather than by cleanup.
03
Spread the volume
Daily volume is split across several mailboxes and domains instead of concentrating on one sender.
04
Watch the signal
Bounces, spam placement and reply rate are tracked per mailbox, not just per campaign.
05
Throttle on weakness
A mailbox showing poor placement is pulled back automatically before it damages the wider pool.
06
Close the loop
Bounces and unsubscribes are suppressed immediately so the same bad address is never retried.

Why this matters

>
Cold outreach fails on infrastructure long before it fails on copy. A single mailbox burning through 500 sends a day on an unwarmed domain will end up in Promotions or Spam whatever the AI writes. Deliverability is decided by sender reputation, warmup age, list hygiene and pacing — four things that have nothing to do with the words in the message. Orbis owns all four, so the copy gets a fair hearing.
SEC.04

Your domain stays clean

>
Cold traffic never touches the domain you use for customers, invoices and password resets. Sending happens on separate domains we own and monitor. If a sending domain degrades, it is retired and replaced — an operation that would be painful if it were your own brand domain, and invisible when it is not.

Questions

Common questions
Do I buy domains?
No. Sending domains and mailboxes are provisioned and maintained for you.
Do I configure DNS?
No. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up on the sending domains automatically.
Can I use my own mailboxes?
Not in standard onboarding today. Write to us if it is a hard requirement.
How long is warmup?
Mailboxes are warmed before they carry campaign traffic, so you do not wait on a warmup window to start.
What if placement drops?
Volume on the affected mailbox is throttled automatically and the pool absorbs the rest.
